At all other times you may place an order or contact us by leaving a voice message on our answering machine. We will return your call as soon as possible.

You can place your order anytime 24/7 at http://www.repechageuk.com. All online purchases must be with a debit or credit card. Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. Please have your card number and expiration date ready. Add-ons to the order are allowed on the same day the original order is placed.

Place your order any time at www.repechageuk.com by clicking on Pro's Only. You must be a Licensed Professional to access our Professional Shopping Cart. If you are a Licensed Professional, click on the "New Accounts Sign In" and fill out the form so that our Sales Department can confirm your eligibility. Only Licensed Professionals from UK and Europe may apply. All online purchases must be with a debit or credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please have your card number and expiration date ready. VAT @20% is included in your price.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling costs are determined by your order total and location. Your order will be shipped by standard ground delivery and should be with you in 3-5 working days. In the event merchandise must be re-shipped, original and re-shipment charges must be paid for by the customer.

We are required to collect vat on all orders as required by law. VAT is included in your product and shipping prices.

BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS
Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items. All backordered/sold out items will be automatically shipped as soon as they are in stock. You do not need to reorder.

ERRORS OR PROBLEMS
If you experience any problems placing an order, have not received your order, or wish to check on the status of your order please call us toll free at 0800-731-7546 and ask for a Customer Service representative.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER
If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. We will arrange collection from you. The correct merchandise will be sent to you immediately.
